Working with Experienced Development Partners

We help landowners maximise the value of their land by securing planning permission and introducing sites to developers. As part of this process, we work closely with BuildUp and Rosey Cassidy to identify suitable development opportunities.

Where a site meets BuildUp’s investment criteria, the sale of the land may be progressed in partnership with their team.

Through this relationship, we have access to BuildUp’s in-house development expertise, including architects, planners, and project specialists. Collectively, this team has delivered over £100 million of development projects over the past 15 years.

BuildUp is led by Rosey Cassidy, a highly experienced land and development professional. Rosey previously worked as a land agent and was Land Director at the Cassidy Group. She has recently delivered a 17-home development in Cambridgeshire and now oversees a development pipeline with a gross development value exceeding £60 million.
